Permanent Casting

Permanent mold casting is a manufacturing method in which molten metal is poured into a steel mold to fill the cavity. In this process, special steels are generally preferred as mold materials. Compared to sand casting, permanent mold casting provides a much superior surface finish and is commonly used for parts that require high precision, mass production, and excellent surface quality.
